地震は地中の大鯰（おおなまず）が暴れて引き起こすという話を知っていますか？
昔、地中で暴れて地震を起こす大鯰を要石という石柱で抑え地震を鎮めたとか
石柱に苔が生えるほど昔の話です
左の石の建物が崩れない位には地震を鎮められたのかも知れません
少女は大鯰の安否を気遣っています
